Most of us are running through life on auto-pilot. We aren’t aware of how we are feeling and or experiencing life in the present moment. Illness, anxiety and depression are at an all time high and more and more young people are developing behavioural issues. Let us take you on a journey through Mindfulness and show you how this practice can improve your family’s wellbeing.

Mindfulness can be described as “paying more attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you in a non-judgmental and compassionate way”

Mindfulness is awareness. Mindfulness can help us enjoy life more and understand ourselves better.

Mindfulness pays particular attention to your breathing, your physical reactions, your emotions and your thoughts. It teaches you a deeper awareness of what is happening within your body and your thoughts! This is hugely beneficial when working with young people and families.

We have developed our own unique programme which is delivered either online or in groups. We usually run these groups from Chester but we are happy to travel.

We offer an practical approach combining CBT, Mindfulness and creative therapies to best suit your family, school or community.

We are proudly known as a specialist Autism, Aspergers and ADHD provider
