Mindfulness is awareness. Mindfulness can help us enjoy life more and understand ourselves better.
Mindfulness pays particular attention to your breathing, your physical reactions, your emotions and your thoughts. It teaches you a deeper awareness of what is happening within your body and your thoughts! This is hugely beneficial when working with young people and families.
We have developed our own unique programme which is delivered either online or in groups. We usually run these groups from Chester but we are happy to travel.
